  Been here almost a year and I love living here it’s peaceful and the manager Linda is exceptional she’s caring and understanding her and the staff are quick to react when you have a concern or something is wrong with apartment.

  I’ve been year for an about a year and some change and I absolutely love it. The grounds are always kept up and management is amazing Linda is the main reason I picked this apartment complex over others, she’s an absolute rockstar. It’s very quiet and family oriented. The handle maintenance issues very quickly. I recommend people all the time.

  I lived there for two years and I had the pleasure to meet the previous manager Sherita Williams who was such a sweet heart. Unfortunately right before I moved in a new management company came in and new manager took over so new rules and new price rent came with it. Right away the rents went from 1050 to 1250 for a two bedroom. I didn’t really care about the rules or new rent price. What made my experience bad was the management company and the manger they placed there Konnie (manager) was a two face since the beginning and was never there in the office. I decided to move to 3bedroom after a year and was accommodated by Konnie. She did not change the carpet nor gave me a clean apartment what’s so ever. The carpet was dirty even tho a professional cleaning company was hired. I expressed my concerns to Konnie and all she said was that it would come out of my pocket if I wanted a new carpet. I continued my stay for the rest of the year because of the lease. When I moved out she was charging me the cost of removing the carpet $800 and so many other damages that she claimed I did. I turned the apartment clean and with very minor damages. I took pictures of the last day when I moved out. The apartments are so nice and clean thanks to the maintenance guy Gonzalo who’s always keeping everything in order and who acts more like a manager. It’s the new management company that messes this place and not to mention the rent keeps going up every year without them keeping in mind that the section 8 projects are right next door. The management office also always smells like weed. The managers husband likes to smoke in there. Such an unprofessional manager. Allen properties and the owner need to hire professionals. Large pool parties are also held by manager. This place is nice but it’s no longer family oriented.
