  How this company has 4 stars I have no clue, the process just to get your application looked at is stringent way too much back and forth. By the time you've gone back and forth with this company, you will surely loose interest in the property. I would not recommend them at all. Go with a company with a much easier process. Save yourself the headache. Replying to Todd: The way this company responds defensively and repeatedly engages in back‑and‑forth with renter reviews is revealing in itself. Rather than reflecting on why multiple renters express similar frustrations, the focus seems to be on justifying rigid processes and reframing applicants as “unqualified.” It’s very clear this company operates from an owner‑first mindset. While protecting property owners is important, completely disregarding the renter experience creates an imbalance that shows up both during the application process and, based on these responses, likely continues after move‑in. The screening process relied heavily on third‑party landlord responses that applicants cannot control, with little willingness to consider documentation or context. Communication felt dismissive, and legitimate concerns raised by renters were not acknowledged. Publicly engaging and arguing with negative reviews doesn’t teach future customers—it signals defensiveness and a lack of self‑awareness. Companies confident in their systems usually don’t need to debate renters publicly to defend them. This may be a good fit for property owners or investors looking for strict enforcement, but renters seeking a balanced, respectful, and human approach should proceed with caution.
