We can't thank them enough for what they are capable of. - Immediately, they started collecting rents that were behind for months. - They responded all our questions in a timely manner with respect. - All the accounting info are clear and easy to access online. And we no longer need to go to the bank to deposit the rent income. Their system automatically do that for us. - They scheduled with tenants to do annual inspections. Now we know what's going on in our properties. - Problems are fixed up right away. Tenants are happy. Life is so much easier with Provest. We no longer have to chase after our management company. Provest stays on top of everything. They keep us updated and follow up with us when lease is up. There are several of them working as a team. ALL of them work with respect and good attitudes. Most of them seem young and efficient. We are super impressed. Only wish they also serve LA and OC areas. So we can take more advantage of their service. Provest you are the best!
