  Did self guided tour while in Hercules, needed help to find the unit and amenities. Aaron was super helpful with directions. Ended up not renting due lifestyle. Super great property and staff.

  I recently moved into this community and I truly had such a great experience throughout the entire approval process. Risha was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional from start to finish. Moving can be stressful, but she made everything feel smooth and organized. A big thank you to Risha, Aaron, Chris, Shyanne, and Nichole for creating such a welcoming and hospitable environment. They truly make you feel at home.

  There aren't enough words to describe the great team at The Dylan. The warm welcome that started from Terrisha on the first showing to the continuous support provided from her and Shyanne. I can't forget the team that keeps this complex put together with Aaron and Vladimir. Thank the entire staff at The Dylan!

  I'm happy I chose The Dylan! From my first tour to move‑in day and beyond, the team at The Dylan has made this whole process easy and genuinely welcoming. Nichole gave me my initial tour and was incredibly patient and friendly, never rushing me or pushing me toward anything that didn’t feel right. She showed me every layout and area I wanted to see and let me take my time deciding. After that, I worked with Risha while I was narrowing down my options between a few locations. I had a lot of questions and was honestly a bit anxious, but she walked me through every detail without ever making me feel like a bother. Risha was professional, kind, and knowledgeable, and she really held my hand through that decision phase. On move‑in day, TJ jumped in with helpful moving tips and followed up on a few open items, which made the day much less stressful. Shyanne also reached out ahead of time to make sure everything was ready for my move‑in, and that extra reassurance went a long way. What's stood out to me is that they clearly work as a team and share information, so I always felt supported no matter who I was talking to. My unit is spacious and quiet, the building is clean, and my neighbors have been super friendly. The neighborhood is clean and calm but still close to plenty of stores, and the leasing office puts effort into creating a sense of community rather than just filling units. The maintenance team has also been great. Everyone I’ve encountered has been friendly, and when I put in a small request, they handled it quickly. One month in, they’ve been responsive to questions and requests and regularly keep residents updated on what’s happening around the community.
