  What an amazing experience I’ve had at Aventine. A couple of weeks ago I embarked on an apartment search as I’ve recently moved to California. I looked at a lot of apartments in the East Bay. How glad I am that I found Aventine. On my first visit to Aventine, I knew this was a special place. Aside from the beautiful physical space with spacious yet cozy library, exercise room with a variety of machines, indoor/outdoor lounge areas, high ceiling apartments with top-notch appliances, the staff make Aventine special. Brooke, leasing specialist, has been my main point of contact. She is kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful, enthusiastic about Aventine, trustworthy. What a special person Brooke is! She helped with computer/technical problems and answered all my questions with patience and empathy. She offered a cart to help move boxes into storage, and she even asked if I needed help on move-in day. Always considerate, she offers water or a snack. One might say she was doing her job, but that would be a gross understatement. She goes above and beyond because she truly cares! I’ve also met Will, the manager. Such a welcoming, friendly man. Brooke and Will make you feel as if you’re part of the Aventine family. Bong, the custodian, is friendly, efficient, and helpful. One more great observation: The building, including hallways, front office, always smells fresh like roses.

  I want to recognize my maintenance team, Pierre and Aaron. I just moved in about two months ago, and they have been incredible. They are always prompt and knowledgeable, fixing everything we need with ease. Their kindness and willingness to explain the process make every encounter a positive one. They truly make us feel at home, and I appreciate their hard work and dedication!

  I have enjoyed The Aventine, from the beginning the amazing staff has been so helpful. Brooke who’s been super helpful from the moment I stepped foot in the door of the leasing office, from finding what’s best for me to informing me about all the details for each unit. Super professional, thorough walk thru and didn’t put any pressure on me to lease a unit, unlike my other experiences. Just a very open and welcoming energy here.

  Very poor and disturbing environment,never recommend any one. Th e management never told about the constructions going on the ground floor, for retails. 24/7 disturbances of construction. Too much dust around. The rent is extremely higher and you don't want to pay for the disturbances. The management never listens to you. I can give only 1/2. Star if possible. I regret moving to this apt.
