- DZdabz ZFeb 8, 20261.0Very dirty not a very safe environment, lots of drug dealers and prostitutes walking up and down elk st , homeless living in cars across from park , no club house , no showers for pool , kids urinate in pool not clean , managers do what they want to do NOT what they are supposed to do ..be very careful about living here safety is not first , we found a dead person behind our trailer and managers refused to let us put up a fence , our service animal was attacked by dogs running lose in neighborhood still a fence was refused , trust when I say stay away from this place , the pics of it looking nice is of one trailer the manager Jim's trailer 🤣 if you don't believe me go thru and see for yourself especially after dark ...
