“I recently purchased a home in this mobile home park, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! Donna and Carol were wonderful!…because they helped me so graciously. They handled my application and were incredibly helpful, patient and kind throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions and concerns …and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition. Donna even came into the office on her day off just to get an update on my application. I am extremely grateful for their professionalism and hard work. I would highly recommend this park to any senior 55+ in search of a mobile home. Thank you so much for your outstanding service!” -E.M.

Not a friendly place.
The management here runs it like a prison camp treats my mom horribly wrong.she should be enjoying her retirement but instead shes been hospitalized several times due to the stress involved living here.

This is a Sr Gated, clean mobil home village. There is hardly any crime, most residents come together for other residents if needed. Pool is always clean.
UPDATE 1/27/2025
A Neighborhood Watch program was started Sept 30, 2024. Because of a personality conflict management is making things difficult. Neighborhood Watch elected Block Captains to be certified in CPR, Emergency Preparedness and to check on elderly not normally seen on a typical basis. Management decided to solicit their own Block Captains insuring confusion to residents on who to call for what reason. Neighborhood Watch advises residents (with permission) incidents of theft etc whereas management keeps everything quiet. Having lived here nearly 9 years I now feel a false sense of security finding out all that has actually been taking place in our private little gated community. It’s truly sad that there is a division here. We need true management, not 2 close friends that run the office on their own terms. We want a community back to where we feel safe, know our neighbors well and help when and where needed.
UPDATE: New owners, rent went up over $20 and we are told there is no $ to cut down dead trees in yards (we own our own homes but not the property). Security is minimal if at all and most residents can’t afford to sell and buy elsewhere. Community activities by managers are NONE!
Update 3/22/22
Management implementing property inspections both front yards and back every 2 weeks. That’s what is posted on the bulletin board near mailboxes (so much for the landlord/tenant law requiring landlords give tenants a reasonable amount of privacy. We own our homes, not the property it sits on. That’s 26 times a year they want access to our property IN ADDITION to reading our water meter. New owners last year are out of state and run over 200 mobil parks in various states (per current manager) of which only 4 are Sr parks. There are STILL trees that need to be removed for safety reasons but it’s been on hold for other improvements like Bocce Ball courts.
Our beautiful covered patio area was turned into 2 Bocce Ball courts about 6 months ago which remains taped off and unusable. No longer is there a place to gather and talk or just sit and look at the rose garden or bar-b-q. No effort has been made by management to teach residents the game
