Who uses that much water in a LITTLE 2-bedroom apartment? And let's not even talk about the move-in experience. Sign the lease without EVER seeing the apartment. "Printer not working," so we didn't get a copy of the lease, which she didn't even go over with us. And no walk-thru with management before moving in. They let us rent a truck and fill it with stuff just to get here and find out we can't move in for another week. No email. No call. NOTHING! This has been the worst experience in a new place EVER! Hope for the best. But prepare for the worse. ******************************* EDIT: When we applied for our apartment, we were told that tenants pay water bills here. Each building is billed, and the 16 units per building split the bill related to their building. It's just a 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony and no yard. However, our water bills have been between $185 to $230 each month since we've been here. The bills we receive are emailed to us from a 3rd party and don't even show our water usage. This month, including sewer and trash, our bill is about $220. To reiterate, we live in an APARTMENT. There are 15 buildings, with 16 apartments each for a total of 240 apartments. At full capacity, that's about $48,000 per month in water, sewer and trash income alone. Not to mention, our trash is constantly overflowing (there are reviews stating this online). So, they are billing us for more than what they're paying the trash pickup service.
