  As a former tenant, I feel it’s important to share my experiences renting at this apartment complex. Initially, I felt safe and secure, but that quickly changed. The gate was often broken, allowing unauthorized access, while homeless individuals rummaged through garbage bins. Additionally, I frequently encountered noisy neighbors engaged in public arguments late at night. Another significant concern was cleanliness. I dealt with multiple instances of roaches and pincher bugs in my unit, as the cracks and crevices weren’t properly sealed, allowing critters to easily enter. The laundry rooms were consistently dirty, which was surprising given the presence of maintenance staff. Overflowing trash bins contributed to unpleasant odors and likely attracted pests. On a positive note, the landscaping was well-maintained, and the gym and pool areas were kept in good condition, which I appreciated. However, the last half of my lease was particularly difficult due to persistent noise from neighbors and their children. Despite reporting these disturbances multiple times, management’s attempts to address the issue were ineffective. In summary, while this complex has the potential to be a great community, it needs significant improvements in safety and cleanliness. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend moving here. I hope management can accept this constructive criticism to improve their community.

  When i came here it was such a pleasure to meet jessica she was such a delightful person. When i came in she helped me with eveything, up till my move in. And im happy to say how happy i am with my apartment. She always there with any problems that may occur. Very happy here

  This is a great place to live rather it be for short term or long term. Brenda in the front office is so helpful and respectful. She went above and beyond even stayed a lil longer in the office to help me with the rest of my paperwork just so I can have my keys that same day. She is awsome I have been here five months me and my kids love it. I have not noticed any violence the security is awsome.
