- RSRicky ScotJan 28, 20264.0The place is as well maintained as it could be, despite the residents obviously not taking pride in where they live. I could see this being a really great place but hemet people just dont care. Good on the workers for doing what they can though.

Especially the lady in the office she has a very bad attitude and thinks she can talk to people however she feels. The utilities constantly fluctuate between ridiculous amounts which I feel we shouldn't have to pay for trash that the whole apartments share and the water bills even if you are gone for a whole month your water bill will be $100 to $150 and trash is always $50 and more even if your a household of 2. The laundry facilities are a joke always dirty. And don't get me started on a leak from my faucet on my patio that I reported several times before they came to fix it that they swore wouldn't effect my water bill and as soon as I got the bill for that it was very high they was not trying to accommodate. Also there is no assigned parking so Goodluck getting a spot near your apartment i have had to park on the other side of apartments and walk home. If you can wait alittle longer and find a better apartment complex I would do so.
