  I had a lease with ACL since 2019 to now ending recently in 2025 due to needing an additional bedroom, great experience from the beginning I look forward to potentially leasing with them again in the future, Charles with ACL in specific was always great communicating with and the online access was very easy to use, very much appreciated

  Rented an apartment under management of Charles Lassey. Charles was very easy to work with, communicative, reasonable, and very professional. Would recommend ACL Property Management and would rent from them again!

  My husband and I were ACL tenants in Oakland for 5 years, recently became home owners and made the move. It has to be said that ACL is an attentive property management. Over the years, any time an issue arose within our unit, it was handled immediately. There was an occasion where life happened and they 100% understood and worked with us. We dealt directly with Charles, who is great. After our move some mail and a few packages still made their way there and he reached out to us and met up to personally give them to me. I don’t know if I was supposed to say that haha but Charles thank you! 1021 will always be a special time in our lives. ACL Property, you guys are awesome!

  Having used ACL Property Management for my home rental property AND recent home sale I can honestly say, if you are looking for a property manager, real estate expert, look no further. Stop, I mean it. Charles and his team come packed with experience that nobody else can replicate. I guarantee you'll never find anything that compares. I can get into specifics but I won't, just know that if you use anyone else you'll be sorry.

  i have been with ACL management for over 8 years now. simply put they are amazing. they are responsive to both my and my tenants needs. because of them not only i have been able to retain consistency in tenants but also stability in rent pricing. they provide all necessary documentation and are always available/responsive whenever i need them. i would highly recommend them
