  Our Property Manager, Linda, is absolutely amazing!! Linda is Kind, helpful and always has a smile on her face. Edgar and Jared are fantastic. Edgar had been here the entire time and is a continuing bright star. I feel safe living here and the amenities are top notch. Arrive Los Carneros is clean and thanks to Edgar the grounds are beautiful. Linda is the best manager we have ever had. 5 stars is not enough.

Linda, the manager, is absolutely incredible. She’s professional, kind, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and with such a positive attitude. You can tell she truly takes pride in the community and works hard to keep everything running smoothly. Edgar from maintenance is equally amazing. He’s responsive, efficient, and always does quality work. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and he’s always friendly and respectful when he comes by. It’s such a relief knowing things will be taken care of quickly and correctly. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and welcoming—but it’s really the people who make the difference. Linda and Edgar are a dream team! If you’re looking for a place with excellent management and top-notch maintenance, this is it. Highly recommend! ★★★★★

  I had a very good experience living at this apartment and overall enjoyed my time here. The management was always friendly and kind. However, after moving out, I have not received a response regarding my inquiry about professional cleaning, despite reaching out several times. I understand the office may be busy and my emails might have been overlooked, but I would appreciate a response when possible. I hope communication with former residents can be improved.

  Wonderful staff. Edgar and Linda really make an effort to handle things with efficiency and genuine care.The apartments were in great condition when moving in, and all concerns regarding minor repairs that happened throughout our lease were always handled promptly and efficiently. The grounds were always well maintained, and the pool was a huge plus! There was a mix of families and college students from the community college and university close by, so it was a good mix. Neighbors were friendly and pretty quiet. Enjoyed my time here.

  I have been a resident at Arrive Los Carneros for 2.5 years, and consider the decision to move here a wise and fortunate one. The physical environment of both my unit and the complex are well maintained, comfortable and attractive, creating a sense of home and ease. The location is excellent, with shopping and life essentials within a 5-7 minute travel radius. Easy access to a hot tub and pool are invaluable enhancements of quality of life. At 82, I am probably one of the oldest residents at Arrive, and especially value things that make this a safe home for me, with a walk in shower, in unit washer and dryer, underground garage parking, elevator, garage storage units, trash pick up services, and short drives to essential services, The resident community is diverse, with all ages and life styles blending in a quiet shared life. I think this community is both created and sustained by the management team. Linda's leadership ensures that the rules that ensure our quality of life are communicated and maintained. She sets a tone of community and is skilled in her leadership. I am particularly grateful for Edgar who manages and provides maintenance. As someone who has owned her own homes, learning to welcome Edgar's gracious competence to help me maintain my unit has been a pleasure. I am grateful to have these persons in my live. As is apparent, I very happily provide five stars in this review.
