They understand how emotionally taxing putting up a multi-generational family home for rent can be, and they support you at every turn. They are transparent, caring, and so on top of requests and deadlines. To really show how wonderful they have been, I am just going to include my most recent email to one of their amazing staff, Sheyla: You are incredible, and I appreciate you so much! Thank you for the attention and care that is so obvious in your work and communications. It means the world to me when I’m out of state, thinking about my beloved family home in California. Knowing I have you on my side is such a reassurance and a buoy to my heart.
