    I applied to a property through them and was helped by Marcela. Even though we weren’t able to secure the property we wanted, Marcela still helped me look at other options to see if there was a good fit for what we were looking for. I really appreciated her help and kindness!

    We had such a great experience working with Tower Bridge Property Management — especially with Marcela! From day one she was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive. We asked a ton of questions (no shame — moving is stressful!), and she always got right back to us with clear, friendly answers. As someone who works in property management myself, I truly appreciate when communication is prompt and professional — but Marcela went above and beyond. It was such a relief to work with someone who knows her stuff and genuinely cares about her clients. We also want to shout out Tom — he was kind and welcoming throughout the process. Even when a different house didn’t work out for us, he offered to meet with us and made the whole situation feel comfortable and supportive. In the end we found our dream home, and we honestly couldn’t have done it without Marcela guiding us every step of the way. Highly recommend Tower Bridge — wonderful team, exceptional service, and people who truly make you feel taken care of! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    I’ve had both pleasant and unpleasant experiences with Tower Bridge. I had been living at my apartment complex for over a year, when we were sold and they took over with a new owner. This initially caused worry as most of the tenants were worried about things changing. I was told by the owner Tom that nothing would change with our leases, which were month to month under the previous owner. Within in a few months all of us got notice that year leases would be given. This caused several of us to look for other options as month to month provided the flexibility we needed. The property also has cameras and a security system that was installed by the previous owner. In October, I was a victim of a crime and my car was vandalized. It took several weeks to get access to the cameras as no one had the passwords to get into the system. No one offered to help me sort through the footage and it was solely up to me. I felt like my situation was not handled seriously or promptly and I ended up spending 2,600 dollars to fix the damage from my car. Though I know it wasn’t Tower Bridge’s responsibility, we had cameras on the property for securities reason and I feel like this should’ve been handled with more concern. Living in Midtown can come with many challenges and concerns regarding safety or vandalism shouldn’t be taken lightly. I ended up moving out the first week of February and I was satisfied with the pre move out and final inspection. That felt transparent and I was able to receive my full deposit back. I think this is a process they do well. Unfortunately, after my move I was informed by current tenants that month to month is being granted. Though I would’ve moved eventually due to changes in my life, I wouldn’t have moved so soon if it wasn’t for the leases. I know companies can change things, but it’s conflicting to say you only work with year leases and then decide to make exceptions for certain tenants. This company also uses a portal where you can send messages, pay your rent, and submit work orders. I think this is a good process and it’s convenient. We also were provided telephone numbers of a few employees and in my experience a lot of them were hard to get ahold of by phone. Perry was the most responsive out of the three contacts we were given. Overall, I think Tower Bridge is a decent company but I would’ve appreciated more transparency and care in certain situations.

    Just signed up with this property mgmt team. I’ll give them a 10 plus for their expertise, professionalism, and getting things done expertly! I’m so happy to work and get complicated, and previous issues from my past property management company taken care of. I signed my documents explained issues from past mgmt company and they Ana and Pery took great care of those issues. Fast and efficiently. Now I don’t have to stress about those things anymore. If you’re looking for quality, professionalism, hire this company. They’re the best in my opinion.

    The maintenance process was very fast from start to finish. They responded quickly and replaced the kitchen sink faucet and the leaking pipe underneath. Everything was fixed in a short amount of time. Excellent work and quick response from the maintenance team.
