We encountered Sara Mead while she was holding an open house at one of Clayton's new manufactured homes that had been installed at Southgate Mobile Estates in Sacramento. She showed us the 4 bedroom 2 bath new unit that was available. Sara was knowledgeable of all aspects of owning a manufactured home and how it fits into a mobile home park setting. She walked us through the purchase process and made sure every detail was taken care of. Sara is very personable and likeable. She is like a new- found friend and we sincerely appreciate her.

He was so quik to help us close on our home and move in quickly due to certain circumstances. After we moved in, he often checked in on our family to make sure we were happy with our home. At one point, we had a big issue with our home and he was quick to make sure the problem was fixed right away.
