  I’ve had the best experience living in Wilson Apartments. They’re clean, well managed, and always attentive. I feel safe and they’re constantly making improvements. Chris, the property manager is so quick to respond when anything is needed and always super friendly! 5 stars for me!

  I’ve been living here for two years and have seen a noticeable improvement since the new property manager, Chris, took over. He’s very responsive, transparent, and quick to address any issues I’ve had. You can clearly see the difference in how well the property is maintained, and other neighbors have mentioned the same. Overall, a much better living experience.

  I’ve been living here for over a year now, and I’ve definitely seen a positive change recently. The new property manager, Chris, has done a great job improving the overall condition of the complex. He’s been responsive when it comes to taking care of issues in my apartment, and I’ve noticed a big difference in how clean and well-maintained the building is compared to before. It’s clear there’s more attention to detail and effort being put into the property now.

  I had to write a review because I have been here for two years now since I moved back to LA from the IE. What a difference, happy to be renting here. Results may vary! The property is older but it has more space than newer apartments. The Property Manager is Chris and he has been responsive on our maintenance request. I like that its a smaller complex and smaller community, but it feels nice that every one knows each other. I appreciate that the landscaping gets taken care of - BEST PART, we have Washer / Dryer in unit. On Saturdays I like to go to the LA River on my bike rides, driving distance from Americana & Glendale Galleria & driving distance from Burbank Mall.
