  Please be very careful before renting here! It has been over two months since we moved out and we still have not received our security deposit. We had an extremely hard time even getting a response from management. After repeated emails and attempts to reach them, we finally managed to get in touch — and were told the deposit would be sent. After that? Silence again! It should not take this much effort to get back money that legally belongs to a former tenant. The manager smiles in person and promises that the deposit will be sent soon, but after that — no replies to emails, no updates, and complete silence! If you’re considering moving here, please think carefully. Getting your deposit back may turn into a stressful and exhausting process.

  Xavier is amazing, he is literally the best in the office, if you need help with anything he’s always there for you, even when he’s off of work! He handles everything perfectly!!!

  I toured with Xavier the manager and he was very informative, patient and kind. He showed us options at Columbus and Chestnut. Loved the finishes in the home and the proximity to the Glendale Galleria. Me and my fiance are looking forward to moving here when our lease ends.

  Toured with Xavier, he was informative and very helpful with my first time searching for apartments in la/glendale as I am relocating. He went above and beyond. Looking forward to moving in! Toured Stanley and burchett communities.

  I set up a time to go see the available apartments and Xavier the tour guide did not show up the first time. Very disappointing and disrespectful from them as they called to confirm the appointment 2 hours prior. However, I rescheduled and was showed an apartment with a bit of wait. Overall, good guide and very friendly.
