  Vlad is an amazing property property manager. We have been living at the apartments for 2 years now. He has always been welcoming and supportive. He takes pride in keeping the property well managed. We really appreciate everything he does!

  I’ve had a great experience living in this building. The apartments are well-maintained, the community is quiet, and the location in Glendale is very convenient. What truly made the difference for me, though, was the manager. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, patient, and professional, and went out of their way to help me find the best apartment that fit my needs perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about residents and makes the process so smooth and stress-free. I’m very happy with my decision to live here and highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

  I have been living in this building for three years, always paying my rent on time and being a responsible tenant. Unfortunately, I recently received a rent increase of $200, which I believe is unfair and disappointing. During my time here, I’ve respected the property, followed all the rules, and truly tried to be a good long-term resident. A sudden increase of this size feels unreasonable, especially without any major improvements, upgrades, or additional services being provided to justify such a jump. The building itself has potential and the location is convenient, but this kind of rent hike makes tenants feel undervalued rather than appreciated. Stability matters, and long-term residents should not be treated the same as short-term renters when it comes to pricing. I hope management reconsiders their approach and shows more loyalty to tenants who have supported this building for years.
