What truly made the difference for me, though, was the manager. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, patient, and professional, and went out of their way to help me find the best apartment that fit my needs perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about residents and makes the process so smooth and stress-free. I’m very happy with my decision to live here and highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

The property is very well maintained, and the management team is professional and responsive, especially the property manager Vladimir, who makes sure residents feel comfortable and taken care of. Help d me go trough application process smoothly and explain each step. The neighborhood is one of the highlights—it’s close to downtown and Hollywood, yet still has the peaceful feel of a quiet suburb in Glendale. There are wonderful museums, parks, and cultural spots nearby, making it a perfect balance of convenience and lifestyle. Overall, it’s a great place to live if you want both city access and a calm community atmosphere. My kids absolutely love it here!

Instead of resolving issues, he displayed arrogance, disrespect, and open hostility. He completely crossed the line — this wasn’t just rudeness, it was blatant racism. Such treatment of clients is a disgrace to your company. I hope the management takes action, because with employees like him, your reputation is at serious risk.
