  I have lived at The Streams Apartment in Fullerton for 6 years, and I like my apartment but I am sick of the high turn around of Managers and their new rules!!! Too many homeless people around the complex that don't even live their. Too many car braking's, constant water shut offs and they still charge for water for the whole month even though water is shut off all day!!! Every week there is 1 to 2 days of water shut offs. They are strict with only a 5 plan pots allowed on your patio but don't tell you till they become available to walk the property for you to get a notice on your door for this petty thing. If you don't fix the problem they kick you out. Oh, let me tell you about rent increases, they are the worst, and then they don't tell you about the other monthly bill that comes from an outside vender called Yardi. That bill is usually about $150 to $220 a month that is added to your rent. I have lived in way to many apartments that don't give their tenants any issues, but this place is by far the worst!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone renting here.

  We love living at The Streams! The property is beautiful, the Property Management team is so friendly, and our neighbors are so kind. We didn’t know they had an Apartment Life team but Josh and Katie are one of the best perks about living here. The tenant events are sooo fun and a great way to meet your neighbors! They also dropped off cookies for us when we moved in. We feel so lucky to be living here!

  The water is constantly being turned off for “emergency repairs.” Good luck not being able to shower or do dishes. Rent is way too expensive for the condition of the units and lack of running water.

  I volunteered to help run an event at the streams, and can say that many of the people there were so kind, the apartments were clean, and the events often have free food!

  I’ve been here for two months and the whole process has been very smooth. Great customer service I love seeing staff involved and on the grounds often.
