  Beware! They do repairs units and open up drywall without proper asbestos testing!!! Apartments are positive for asbestos! Sue if you have had your drywall opened without testing!

  There's no parking for visitors... well, they're always taken buy the same people that live there.They call the tow truck if a visitor leaves their car in your carport(be aware). They also take a long time to fix anything inside your apartment. Maintenance people are super rude, specially the young one with a beard. When he passes by the cars that are parked in the guess parking, he hits the side mirror with his arm. I've seen him do this several times.

  Very bad place to live,noise from the kids running like in the park,dirty parkings lots,and thieves ,

  Drugs, noise, old everything in the units and mold. Had my air conditioning unit replaced because I found mold spores on the filter and around the unit leading into the wall. It was inside the unit as well. My infant became ill after two months of moving there, shortly after summer really heated up and we began using the unit. She was hospitalized three times in the icu before being diagnosed with asthma just before her first birthday. Mold can cause respiratory problems. And no hot water in the bathroom sink.
