- CHClaudia Heil5 days ago5.0I just recently moved back home to Fullerton, and wanted to live somewhere beautiful. I immediately thought of the streams. The manager Angela is so incredibly kind,very approachable and always has a kind word to say, probably the best apartment manager I ever have come across. If you have something wrong in your apartment it is always fixed within 24hrs. Iam extremely happy here, it's quiet, beautiful and everyone is so nice. I love watching the ducks and squirrels

The water features are great, the ducks are always fun to watch, and the events team (who puts on the community events) is really such a joy for our family to interact with when we see them!
- LLLisa LindahlSep 15, 20254.0While I’m not overly fond of Apartment living having always rented houses, I would recommend the Streams as a well maintained and safe complex.Its really quite pretty for strolling, early mornings are best. Pets are welcome, Staff is reasonably available. The events team organizes fun family focused events/ activities that add to neighborly socialization ( and good food).

The walls were spotless when I left and there was no excuse to paint. It was just an excuse to keep my security deposit and retain a further unjustified profit.
- JGJackie GuzmanSep 3, 20251.0DO NOT MOVE HERE ! worst place ever to live , water always off and on never fixed and can never shower because they’re always fixing something 24/7! washer and dryers always broken never fixed! Not sure why it’s called the streams when they have no water in their ponds, even when there is it is so dirty, There apartments are not up to date everything is so sensitive and will break at touch as well as very dirty and they say (pet friendly) but they charge extra 700 to have them , They’re very unprofessional here , always new management every 2 months and keep on raising rent more and more past 4000 now as well as all the managers are very rude and think they are better than you . They charge for everything to throw your trash and extra stuff that should be free! They always come in for inspections without notice and WILL OPEN YOUR DOOR IF U DONT ANWSER! ( especially when they know it’s not an emergency!) one time I was in the shower and maintenance was IN MY HOUSE UNEXPECTED! NO WARNING! As well as they are all men I am a women living alone. Once again worst places ever to live as soon as lease is up I’m OUTTA HERE ! pls do not move here worst experience and worst management! Don’t say I did not warn you
