  The service was prompt, but I am still waiting for maintenance to Install the part ordered for the dishwasher I was told the part would take 4 days to arrive

  The maintenance team at FountainGlen is amazing. Always prompt, professional and extremely helpful. If you’re looking for a 55+ community in Fullerton you can’t find a better staff, and a bonus of being exceptionally close to many hiking, biking and walking trails. Love this place.

  I really love living here! It’s peaceful and I feel safe. I have all the conveniences I really need in my 2BR apartment. I really love that it is carpeted! I hate vynl flooring! The amenities are good here… the pool, jacuzzi, the clubhouse and pool table, and a nice gym! There are activities and movies! I appreciate extra storage I have in my on-site garage! Why go anywhere else for these things…save the gas! It’s also great how well it’s situated near anything you could want, food and shopping, Movies Theaters, the Brea Mall, 2 Walmarts, Sam’s Club and Costco! This is just to name a few! And the Office and Maintenance Staff are very nice… they are quick to respond to any problem, and listen to what you have to say. I do appreciate that! I am about to celebrate my 5th year at this lovely facility! The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 is that 1) the water is much too hard! Fullerton city said it's ok to drink, but I do not do much of that and just buy supplies of water instead. I can’t use my dishwasher because it ruined my dishes! But I survive by old-fashioned hand washing and drying before water spots show up! It’s not enough to make me want to relocate at this time; 2) the buildup on the exterior of my windows makes it hard to see outside and 3) rent going up as it does every year! But with the costs of everything else at this level of living, I know it has to happen! But what helps a lot is the Flex program they have here that allows some flexibility in how the rent is paid each month, and it has been a great help to me all these years! Ask the Office about it if you might need it! Overall, it’s a great place to be and I thank you Fountain Glen Jacaranda! —Submitted by a contented E-Bldg tenant
