  I really love living here! It’s peaceful and I feel safe. I have all the conveniences I really need in my 2BR apartment. I really love that it is carpeted! I hate vynl flooring! The amenities are good here… the pool, jacuzzi, the clubhouse and pool table, and a nice gym! There are activities and movies! I appreciate extra storage I have in my on-site garage! Why go anywhere else for these things…save the gas! It’s also great how well it’s situated near anything you could want, food and shopping, Movies Theaters, the Brea Mall, 2 Walmarts, Sam’s Club and Costco! This is just to name a few! And the Office and Maintenance Staff are very nice… they are quick to respond to any problem, and listen to what you have to say. I do appreciate that! I am about to celebrate my 5th year at this lovely facility! The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 is that 1) the water is much too hard! Fullerton city said it's ok to drink, but I do not do much of that and just buy supplies of water instead. I can’t use my dishwasher because it ruined my dishes! But I survive by old-fashioned hand washing and drying before water spots show up! It’s not enough to make me want to relocate at this time; 2) the buildup on the exterior of my windows makes it hard to see outside and 3) rent going up as it does every year! But with the costs of everything else at this level of living, I know it has to happen! But what helps a lot is the Flex program they have here that allows some flexibility in how the rent is paid each month, and it has been a great help to me all these years!   I love living here! The staff is so knowledgeable and wonderful. However, at this price I feel we should have several upgrades. The hallway walls desperately need painting and the carpeting needs to be replaced. Since this is a 55+ residence, there should be chairs and tables at the entrance to all the buildings. It’s difficult to manage several items at once coming back from shopping and other places. Plus you’re just plain tired at that point. That would soften the depressing hallways as well. Also a trash can at the entrance of each building would be great! Thank you for this opportunity ! Joyce Ramos

  We experienced a leak in our air conditioning unit. Within 5 minutes of submitting our service request Nick was in our apartment and assessed the problem. He arranged for a crew of HVAC technicians to come the following day. They determined the cause, a broken hose, replaced it and checked out both the mechanical parts and coolant level and replaced the main filter. Everything was good as new within 30 minutes. Absolutely first rate service! Our experience at FountainGlen Jacaranda has been consistently excellent and we are happy to call FountainGlen Jacaranda our home! The management and maintenance teams at this apartment complex are outstanding on all levels. They make the difference! We are well cared for and greatly appreciate their efforts on our behalf.

  Response time was excellent. Our living room ceiling fan needed to be replaced. Leo did a great job! The only thing we were disappointed with is we had a nice fan with a glass light kit it was replaced with a cheap fan with a plastic light kit. I feel things should be replaced with a like for like. After all these are considered Luxury 55 plus Apartment Homes.
