  Having lived here for 7 years, I can say that a one-star review is very generous. From having to deal with constant leaks, humid rooms, black mold, FPI management's property management, to the absolutely asinine increase in prices for little to no quality of life increases this is not the place to be. We had a tenant who was evicted after her mother died, who in the same month had given birth. Management attempted to evict this person as soon as the mother died, however the full month had been paid for December. She moved out in January having to leave behind a large portion of her belongings. Property management picks and chooses who they want to help or be lax with, based on a whim, and does not seem to be very LGBT friendly or conscious. Our last property manager Heather on the other hand was very LGBT friendly and conscious, but they fired her shortly after COVID. Save yourself the trouble and do not rent from here. The only pros that I can think of for living here is that the maintenance staff is willing to help for many situations, but this does not make up for having to deal with FPI management as a whole. Their BBB reviews are very telling.

  I have been here for a substantial amount of years, and it is a modest, decent place in which to reside.

  Really really rude I called to see if they had any available and I got to say it took 4 seconds for me to decide I don't want to get an apartment there. No management skills at all they are rude before they even get you an appartments I can only imagine how they deal with people who are already locked in a lease
