- JPJames Piccolo2 days ago3.0Honestly never had a bad experience here other than regretting I never looked at Megan’s Law before moving in. Everything else was fine with the apartment other than having them completely demolish my bathroom and gut it out due to water leaking out the floor causing me to have to shower in another unit for a month. Management at that time was transparent, but they do have new management now I received almost my full deposit back after having the apartment professionally cleaned and was pleased with that experience. Get used to finding meth pipes by the pool as I frequently did when checking the mail. I can not stress enough to check Megan’s Law prior to moving in! You will be surprised to learn it is home to many predators before moving in violent ones too. Management was informed of this many times and refused to do or say anything about it. Stay away if you have kids!
