  Victoria and the lady who sits at the front desk are unprofessional and rude! I ended up stuck with them because the owner of my apartment change from Regency Property Management to Royal Properties. My rental experience went downhill at that point. I lived there two years before the switch to Royal Properties (nothing Royal about it). I received a notice that I should make all rent payments to Royal Properties. I immediately requested a new rental agreement because the agreement I had was with Regency. After five years in the apartment, I recently moved. The last and worst three years were with Royal Properties. Royal Properties never inspected the apartment. Victoria and the front desk lady sighed and grunted when I called to report maintenance issues and pest control for mice and termites. The office is often closed during regular business hours due to heat with a notice on the door "Due to the heat, the office closed early." Google lists office hours as Monday - Friday, 9 AM-5 AM, consistent with their nonsense and unprofessionalism. I went to turn in the keys on August 30, 2021. During regular business hours but, they were closed. The next day I presented the keys to the apartment. The only thing uttered was the owner has your deposit. As of today, September 28, 2021, I have not received my deposit or an itemized repair list, or repairs made. Section 8 failed an inspection for the new tenant because no one has come in to inspect, clean, or repair anything. I called regarding my deposit, and Victoria said the apartment was a mess according to Section 8. When I asked what was wrong, she told me the bars didn't have break-away locks, exhaust fan screens, and drip pans needed replacing. Cabinets did not close, the apartment needed painting, and the owner must remove deadbolt locks. Two days of work at best, but the apartment is a mess. There is more to this story, but the message is to avoid Royal Properties! They are dishonest, unprofessional, and rude ladies that need to pass the baton and retire. I have plenty more pictures and video and have seen apartments left in much worse condition. Also the four star ratings are not genuine. On there good days they ask you to leave a rating and because they were nice that day people left positive reviews another example of their dishonest and deceptive tactics.

  Joe was awesome and very helpful and friendly, though according to Lupe he gave all the wrong answers. Lupe was having a bad day I think. She seemed impatient with me for asking questions. Talked to another lady, whom I can't remember her name, while Lupe was out sick a few weeks later and she was very polite.
