  take photos before you sign, they will get you for every single scuff/mark that was present beforehand even though the units are old, scuffed, dirty (our has blood stains upon move-in). Office manager Norma is unprofessional and has zero compassion, she signed my move-out form without my consent (I can prove) and told my husband finishing a 12 hour pediatric ER shift he should’ve shown up to inspection if he cared so much about the details. Appalled & disgusted. Protect yourselves and take photos, videos, record all conversations, and get a lawyer. This place is a scam.

  I was looking for an apartment with my partner (bf) a few years ago and it was incredibly unprofessional and one of the worst viewing experiences I’ve ever experienced. Our tour guide was a male and I feel like this is important. The male employee did not acknowledge me in any way. He didn’t even speak to me, didn’t ask me any questions AND didn’t answer any of my questions as well. He only responded to my bf. He only spoke to my bf. He only looked at my bf. I felt invisible. He even said to my bf that “he must get all the ladies” when showing us the amenities. I felt incredibly offended that he didn’t even take into account that I also was looking at these apartments, an apartment I was going to be paying for. I was so upset by the end of this tour and this is the reason why we didn’t think twice about not continuing to consider this place an option.

  Management is horrible we’re very discrimatory towards one of my friends the older man who lives above the pool. Called multiple times about cock roaches and problem was never fixed. Kept majority of deposit for problems with the property that weren’t there to begin with. Stuff that was looked at and were told in the beginning walk through to not worry about. Will definitely be pursuing this. All said and done do not stay here. Management is horrible and they are basically weasels! I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE!!

  Although the place was nice, great amenities however the management was absolutely horrible at the end. Forget about getting your $800 deposit back, the place was returned to them in better condition than what I had received. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
