  Overall experience of staying at waterstone was good, you find everything near by. Maintenance request was addressed as needed.if they get rid of carpet flooring, I guess economical place with all the amenities to stay in fremont hub,with resturants, school movie theater, pharmacy, hospital, branded stores all around, what else you can need for.Now I am just looking for my refund of deposit back from them within next 2 weeks.if that comes back. I would recommend this place with **** 4 stars.

  My wife and I moved in here from South San Jose. What initially drew up here was the price. We were looking at the townhomes because we were tired of living with people above and below where we had to constantly be mindful of others, but not considered by others during quiet hours. We reached out and instantly were greeted and spoken to by Mark. He was extremely attentive, honest, and straight forward. He was very professional, but you could tell he wasn’t just another sales person trying to just tie you up in a lease to make a quick buck. During our tour, Mark and Jose help my wife and I out touring the apartments, and showed us the available units they had while tailoring it to what we were looking for and being transparent throughout the whole process. Once we settled on moving in, both of them made sure that my wife and I were handled and taken care of to ensure a smooth process of moving and that our home was ready for us to move in. The manager Gigi also was incredibly easy to work with, show us patience when we were trying to juggle movers, cleaning and packing our stuff and helped us remain calm that we had our places locked down. The team has overall taken care of my Wife and I and our dog so well in the 3 almost 4 weeks of living here that I completely forgot to write a review as we both finally feel we can breath and relax. The area although has some bugs, it’s the trade off of having the trees and nature around so there’s foliage which attracts them, but the property is always maintained from what I’ve seen. Location is prime for those who want to grab food that’s close by and want to walk and even the bike lanes are right off the property. Overall, I would do this move over again and I hate moving after doing it 7/8 times in the past 8 years. The team really took care of us and I admire their professionalism and courtesy throughout the whole process.
