  Got maintenance for our door lock since the key was hard to insert and remove. The service came so quickly and it made such a difference. Super easy to use now!

  Sharing my experience with the recent move-in! It was pretty smooth and well-coordinated from start to finish! A special thank you to Elizabeth and Alaia, they were approachable, super responsive and helpful. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience and we feel truly welcomed! 🤍

  Hello residents, Please be aware team, Beacon in fremont in not safe anymore . Please make sure you do not place your bikes in bike room as well. Bike is lost in the bike room with fob and cant track anything with security cameras. You know the generic answers that will be provided by management after any incident, though they are cameras they cant go back in time. They helped out with the data when it is lost but unable to provide any video footage of incident. Take care of your belongings, Beacon ave though with security, it is not safe any more.

  I came to view this property and I was very impressed by how clean and up to date it was. I appreciated Elizabeth taking her time to show me around and for her kindness in answer all my question’s. She was extremely helpful. I've never toured a community with so much dedication and insight.

  I moved to The Beacon about a month ago after relocating cross-country, and Alaia made the entire move-in experience incredibly smooth. She was there on my move-in day and made sure everything was ready, which meant so much after such a long move. From the start she has been welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful with anything I’ve needed while settling in. Even though I’ve only been here a short time, it’s clear that Alaia is one of the best assets to this community. She really goes above and beyond for residents, and it makes living here feel that much more comfortable. A lot of complaints I see in reviews for this apartment complex are what comes with apartment living. I’ve had a complaint on me for talking on my phone about my grandparents both being diagnosed with cancer at the same time on my balcony that I pay for and it wasn’t even during quiet hours and it’s like if you want peace, quiet, and solitude then make it an effort to work towards a goal of buying/renting a house. I don’t complain when I hear people playing music after 10pm because who knows they may be celebrating a great accomplishment they worked hard for plus it’s my choice to get an apartment and not a house. The people who work here are extremely friendly and do their best with what they have. And Alaia is definitely one of those people :)
