    The absolute worst!! Roaches, constant plumbing issues, paper thin ceilings, unreliable management/ maintenance, they never show up when they said they would, they don’t actually respect their tenants, they don’t follow CA housing laws, crappy old buildings that never actually get upgraded - they just get painted over it but the rent keeps increasing to meet the “rising cost of living” 🤦🏻‍♀️ Living here has been a complete nightmare, from beginning to end. Can’t get a break. All positive reviews are from people who work here or are associated with them. Think again before applying.
