- PJPrivate JRDec 17, 20251.0Lived next door to meth addicts Hallway spelled like piss and meth Packages were stolen Shared laundry was pretty gross Could be decent if management took care to keep weirdos from living there Toilet didn’t flush properly upon moving in and some of the outlets weren’t working. A couple weeks in discovered baby cockroaches running around when we would flip the lights on in the morning. When moving out they gave me a paper with “standard cleaning deductions” they take out of your security deposit regardless if the place is clean or not. I told that wasn’t fair nor was it legal and was ready to fight back. Cleaned the hell out of my apartment and made sure they couldn’t complain about ANYTHING Got my deposit back in full weeks late, better late than never I guess
- SSSmitaDec 10, 20251.0There are many issues living in this place but the worst of all is the management . They have deaf ears to any problems that residents have. Sent multiple emails/calls to trim the trees that is blocking our apartment, but they never care to respond. The management has just been invisible whenever you need them to do anything. Whether it’s car break in , roaches in every apartment, water shut off without notice, homeless people sleeping in the building regularly or any other issues they don’t care anything else apart from getting the rent on time.

Many electrical hazards. Fire department records list 280 fire code violations since 2024. After the fatal 4th floor apartment fire on April 6, 2025, dozens more violations were found.
- SSS SNov 3, 20251.0Terrible service and unprofessional staff. Their attitude makes it seem like they’re not even getting paid to do their job. This place is a total disappointment — I’ll never come back here again. I will not even give them zero star.
