  I’ve lived at The Beacon for a while and want to recognize Mariana Gutierrez and Alaia Salinas for their outstanding service. They’re always responsive, professional, and go above and beyond to ensure residents’ needs are met quickly. Thanks to their leadership, the property is well-managed, clean, and communication is always clear. The Beacon truly stands out because of their dedication.

  Love the apartments. It's been 3 years, the apartments is still maintained like it's new. Jorge consistently does an excellent job maintaining our equipment and facilities. He is reliable, proactive, and takes great pride in his work. He responds quickly to maintenance requests, ensures tasks are completed safely and efficiently, and often goes above and beyond to prevent future issues. His attention to detail and positive attitude make him a valuable member of the team.

  Been living here for a few months now. Great Amenities, luxurious apartments. Staff is friendly. The Super, Jorge, is very helpful and kind. He addresses any issues immediately with a quick fix. Overall a great experience.

  I have lived here for 5 months now and so far I am happy with my choice. When we pull the trigger of staying we didn’t even did an in person tour, Alaia was super responsive in answering questions. And after we move in she is also always available if something comes up. Overall very god!
