  5 years ago, I left this apartment complex and gave them great reviews. Then just a few weeks ago, I received a letter from a collection agency that I owed this apartment complex rent? Hello???? I was on automatic payment and never missed a payment. I left April 11, 2021 and gave them more than 30 days notice on March 1, 2021 for my apartment. Even called and left an email to the property manager Jessica Rodriguez for a forwarding address and phone number before I left the state, and now they have the audacity saying I owed them money? When they kept my whole $2600 rent for April 2021 and never gave me back half of that money rent for the prorated amount they promised!!!! I have been trying to reach them at the office and they never call back. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!

  Bad management, Office staff misled me about both touring and pricing, and the experience felt very unprofessional. They show that the office is open on Saturdays, but when I tried to schedule a tour, I was told they do not offer tours on Saturdays and that staff do not work those days. This was never clearly communicated in advance and completely wasted my time. On top of that, they were quoted 1 bed / 1 bath at $2,400 at last week after a week, and when I followed up, the price had suddenly jumped to $2,700. I understand that prices can change, but such a large increase in a short period, combined with unclear tour availability, feels unfair and very discouraging. Overall, the lack of transparency around both office availability and pricing made me lose trust in Sofi Fremont Apartments, and I would advise future renters to get everything in writing and be prepared for sudden price changes.

  Joy was such a pleasure to work with! my partner and i are apartment hunting in the fremont area and we have toured/ seen 7 apartment complexes and SoFi is the ONLY apartment complex that has reached out to us, and to even CONFIRM appointments. The day of viewing, we had the wonders of having Joy show us around. Super professional and amazing to converse with. Joy made us comfortable with our decision to move forward with SoFi Fremont. Joy had answered all of our questions we had and just made us super excited for the apartment tour experience/ apartment. We can not wait to be future residence here at Sofi all thanks to Joy!
