I spoke with Andrea a few days ago to inquire about an apartment. Unfortunately, she was rude and asked for a lot of irrelevant information when I was simply trying to get a quick question answered. At the end of the call, she hung up without a thank you or goodbye — overall, it was a poor customer service experience. I’m not sure if she’s a manager at this office, but she could really benefit from some customer service training.
However, I called back on a different day and spoke with Cindy — she was wonderful! Very kind, patient, and helpful. She answered all my questions clearly and made the experience so much better. 5/5 for Cindy!
I've been living here for a long time. Long enough to see 5 property management companies take over the years. Here are my main concerns.
Parking: Office Parking used to be available after hours and would be helpful when I had visitors. If there weren't any I would tell them to park outside, but now they've changed the parking structure and don't allow residents/guests to park there afterhours anymore. I'm seeing cars getting towed left and right here. My neighbor even spoke to me that they had a visitor park in their own parking spot that they pay for and they STILL got towed only because they didn't have a "Visitor Parking Pass on their spot". They had to pay $600 to retrieve their vehicle. It feels like an unnecessary policy that never needed to be changed..
Emails: I've been receiving way too many unnecessary emails from the Property Manager Andrea. I feel like she's pushing the small unnecessary things that the prior management never pushed for . It's creating a controlled environment in this property and an unpleasant feeling of living here. I've seen a huge shift in office staff as if the happiness has been sucked out of them. When Pam was here, office staff was more Cheerful and you'd want to come to the office just to say hi. Now it feels like, you dread going into the office to even use the business center because of the unpleasant vibe the Manager gives off.
Cleanliness of the Property: With Esteban and Pam, the property was way cleaner before. They would have a cleaning porter come like 3 times a week I believe to clean the whole property and the place looked immaculate. Now I feel like it's gone down. It still clean, but I feel like it was cleaner before. I don't know if they've lost their cleaning porter or what, but now I've noticed the maintenance luis doing it everyday now. I don't know how he does it. He does an amazing job keeping the property clean to the best of his abilities, but I'm sure it was a huge help when they had the cleaning porter here. What I do like is that Luis keeps all the trash enclosures clean, because they can get real nasty.
Leasing Staff: Before Asset Management, I've personally recommended 3 people to live here (2 people when Pam was here and another person when Esteban was here) Cindy helped all 3 of them. And all 3 of my friends who still live here stated how professional and kind Cindy is. She was extremely helpful and even showed one of my friends 3 different floor plans in one day. It just shows how patient and understanding she is. The move-in process was smooth, no hiccups. But given the new manager, me and my three friends are planning on looking for another place. Ramblewood would be loosing 4 good tenants who have been here for over 4 years and have never been late with rent and have never cause nuisance.
Manager Andrea: The manager is rude and disrespectful. She is in the business of customer service. You would think she would know how to properly speak to residents. She's very unprofessional. The form of how she speaks to you is as if you're beneath her or as if she wants to show you she has power over you. We get it. You're the manager, but not a good one. You don't get people's respect by intimidating them. You earn them with showing them kindness.
Long story short, Asset Management be better or hire better managers. Cause this one isn't cutting it.
If I could give negative stars, I would. I have never had any issues in this apartment complex, given this property has changed 4 times since I've been living here. All of the previous managers we're amazing and know how to run the property. Amber, Pamela, Esteban we're amazing managers. Luis the maintenance guy is amazing. Cindy the leasing agent is amazing. Ramblewood has changeg companies AGAIN and now hired a new manager named Andrea and she is HORRIBLE. She is so rude and talks very sarcastic to you as if you're dumb. She is not professional and gives so much attitude. She is the WORST manager by far.
If I can give the leasing agent, Cindy Garcia, 5stars I would. My tour was great and she was very informative and she helped me with the application process. However, the one star reflects poor customer service the manager provided. My deposit that I put down for my scheduled move in for November isn’t being refunded to me because they contacted me and told me my move-in date needed to be pushed out and it didn’t work for me, which is not my fault however they decided to keep my deposit anyways. I tried working with them, but unfortunately, they’ve decided to keep it, which isn’t a big deal but prospective applicants should know.

Fences and locked gates keep out the riff-raff. Good sound-proof walls keep things quiet even during rowdy parties. Easy escape to nearby Whole Foods, where clothing and temporary shelter are available. Short distance to police headquarters. Endorsed by former resident Jeremy Wilhite.
