- JJJLJan 24, 20265.0The community is truly unmatched. Most of the neighbors are genuinely nice and friendly. The pool is amazing during the summer. You can literally bump into your friends there and it suddenly feels like it became a party and now you're ordering pizza to go with it. Some people have Karaoke nights or Settlers of Cattan game nights. I think compared to a single family home, living in condos is like community-style living. For example if someone asked to share a BBQ grill with you, most people in this community would happily share it and you would probably come out of it with a new friend. All that being said, you get what you want out of the community. If you show others kindness, you get kindness in return. There's people of all ages who live here. I've been able to become involved in a lot of passion projects through living here. Truly living here has been a dream. If you have children, this is a great lifestyle for families because you get to meet a lot of friends or plan a lot of activities. The public schools are pretty good. Lila Bringhurst is the first new elementary school in the past 20 years in Fremont I believe! It does have some unique programs (robotics, Mandarin language, math).
