Lot of mistakes and they don't even provide roper instructions. when I called in, even worse experience, instead of helping you solve your issues (due to their poor instructions), the manager had very bad altitude. I have used many Title companies though out years, this Chicago Title Company at Fremont is the worst experience by far. I would strongly suggest you to choose another Title company when you have a need.

They sent out third party who had no knowledge of the docs what I am signing, late in the night 8pm and it took me more than 3hours. Also the third party had all my personal info like SSN. The worst closing experience I had.
