  The women in the fremont office were so kind, knowledgeable and on point. Venetia does a personal signing with both buyers and seller's, even during covid. She explained each document. I was very happy with my visit and experience in this office.

  Horrible experience! Lot of mistakes and they don't even provide roper instructions. when I called in, even worse experience, instead of helping you solve your issues (due to their poor instructions), the manager had very bad altitude. I have used many Title companies though out years, this Chicago Title Company at Fremont is the worst experience by far. I would strongly suggest you to choose another Title company when you have a need.

  Horrible experience. Lot of mistakes and miscommunication. They don't even provide proper instructions. Please choose another Title company when you sell. They can really take the joy out of purchasing your first home!
