  My family and I recently wrapped up our more than two-year stay at Carriage House Apartments, and it was an absolute pleasure. I wanted to take a moment to share our fantastic experience and express our gratitude to the remarkable staff members who made our time there truly memorable. We had signed our lease with Angelina, the manager, and her welcoming and helpful personality made a significant impact on our move-in process. Whenever we encountered any issues, Angelina was quick to step in and resolve them, including minor parking concerns. Her professionalism and dedication to ensuring a positive living experience were evident from the start. Elisa, the community manager, always greeted us with warm welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Her genuine helpfulness and accommodating nature made settling in a breeze. Whenever we encountered an issue, Elisa was quick to address it, solving problems with efficiency and a friendly attitude. We were equally impressed with Louis, the maintenance personnel, who consistently displayed a strong commitment to prompt service. He skillfully addressed any maintenance requests we had, ensuring that everything was fixed promptly and to our satisfaction. Louis's dedication to maintaining the property was clearly evident. Andrea, another invaluable member of the team, was always approachable and ready to assist us whenever needed. We had a situation where a delivery was scheduled while we were away from the apartment, and Andrea graciously offered to keep it safe until our return. Her willingness to go the extra mile and ensure our needs were met was truly commendable. Angelina, Andrea and Elisa, are all problem-solvers extraordinaires, that continued to impress us throughout our stay at the community. Whether it was minor issues or more significant challenges, they were there to address them with their trademark warmth and efficiency. We even had an incident where we left some belongings behind when we moved out. After realizing our mistake a week later, we reached out to Elisa, who promptly retrieved our forgotten items and returned them to us. Her flexibility and dedication were evident throughout our time at the apartment. I must also mention the intervention of Regional Manager Lopez in a rather distressing situation. Our car was forcibly taken away by a tow truck right in front of our eyes, despite being parked in our assigned spot. Lopez promptly stepped in and helped resolve the issue, displaying dedication to tenant satisfaction. We were grateful for her involvement and support during that challenging time. Overall, while there were a few minor issues that arose, the entire staff at Carriage House Apartments was always approachable and committed to finding solutions. Their professionalism and dedication created a positive and welcoming environment that made our stay truly enjoyable. Carriage House Apartments stands out as a rare gem among gated communities, offering not only competitive rent but also a great vibe and a strong sense of security. We highly recommend this community, particularly for families, as it is home to many other families who have found it to be a wonderful place to live. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making our stay at Carriage House Apartments a memorable one.

  Went to apply to their apartments back in February 2021. We toured an apartment and it was lovely. The unit looked well kept and nice so we decided to apply. The application process was kind of a mess when it came to figuring out what our move in costs would be. We kept getting conflicting information and in the end we chose not to move forward with lease signing because we felt very uncomfortable with the leasing office. By this time we had already paid the refundable $250 security deposit (to secure the apartment while we finished the application process). Getting the refund was such a hassle. I called multiple times and each time i was told i would get a call back with more information and I never got a call back. I called multiple times to update the mailing address and every time i called they still had the old address as the one to send the check to. After calling continuously and Emailing, i finally got my refund after 5 months... Not worth it.

  Don't make appointments on Saturdays with leasing office. I made twice and there was no show.
