  Horrible first experience - scheduled a tour at 2:30pm which was confirmed via email, no agent shows up, no one calls or answer my calls. SO disrespectful!!!

  I live in this place for 3 months and During my stay from the first day as I came from overseas and never checked th apartment that you provided I contacted your leasing office in the first week try to change this apartment as it was very uncomfortable for me and my family .you never help in this issue and also you never give any kind of solutions. I came to the states as a visitor and I was contacting the team before I move in and I confirm with them that my total accommodation will be 6 months in the states and one month in your place. I just find that there are another management team when I get to the place.i try to contact the old manager who confirm that he is moving out from your court and no more work with you and he also was very upset from your management. Then I try to tell your new manager about what is going on with me in the first month and how my family are suffering and how we get upset and uncomfortable with the stay specially we are Muslims and I found that my apartment was just 2 meters far from the swimming pool. I tried to explain it for you with no response. The other thing that my apartment was watched from someone I don't know who is it and I found that there are cameras inside my apartment. I feel threatened at that time I try to explain it fir the Manger in another way but she never help. I spent 3 months try to recover and try to be normal but unfortunately no help wa provided from your side. I was paying all in time and the threats on me and my wife was not stopping. The people who work and live around me was not respectful our norms and I was always hear some people talking about Mr and my wife ib loud voices in the midnight in the morning all the day. So finally I just move out because I am a visitor and have no backup to help and to avoid any dangerous from the environment that I was lived. When I moved out I leave 2600 $ as a deposit and you take it all. I get shocked when I call your office after 3 days from my leave to hear from your employer that I have to pay 9000 $ as plenty. This is not logic and in law it's not your right to add such fees because you never help. I am so down because of you and am proud of my self because I keep calm all the time and never hurts any one from the people who was threatening me and my family. This is my experience with you. I feel that you just want your customers singing the contract after that you never help your customers and you just stuck to the point on 55 paper contract which I never read. I don't recommend this place for any one. Go down and you eill see that a lot of people have Avery bad experiences with this place.

  The maintenance team is responsive and very helpful. I recently had my door's thresh floor plate replaced and looks great-no more gaps, no more spiders getting in. I appreciate our maintenance team at Amber Court.
