  I have lived in this apartment for 7 years. Sad to say that since Covid this place has gone from great to worst. I live in a 2 bed unit where all my surrounding units are new residents who love to smoke weed and cigarettes 24x7. I cannot open my windows or door or I run the risk of getting weed smell in my home. These new residents can be also found smoking near the carport, so it’s impossible to avoid any passive smoke. There are other new residents who live in sharing so not only it is hard to find parking because there are so many cars (which by the way management doesn’t care about) they often to sit outside to talk on phones and then scan everyone who passes by in a creepy way. And then there are visitors of these residents, who curse and use abusive language if you ask them to move their improperly parked cars. And you guessed it right, management can’t do anything about this because they are not residents! Also, there is no security patrol here, no towing for improperly parked cars, etc. There are frequent attempts to steal residents’ cars or plates, and recently a neighbor’s parked car was hit by stray bullets. And in the end, there are also some residents who want their children to only play with kids from their own ethnicity! All in all if you are looking for a decent quite community to raise a family, this is not the place to be.

  We've lived here at Carrington for 2 years and have enjoyed the property very much. The front office staff are very friendly and the maintenance crew are quick to respond to any issue we've had during our stay (very few) . Laundry facilities are close by to most buildings and are very clean and machines are well maintained. Tons of parking and walking distance to a lot of business (Lucky's, 7-11, Bevmo, Satomi Sushi, etc). Security is very active and patrol the property regularly. Lot's of families and kids enjoy the property common areas, and a nice gym on site with a good selection of the basics. We're very happy to have had stayed at such a wonderful complex, to have started our family here but it's time to move on to be closer to relatives.
