If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. This has been one of the most stressful and disappointing rental experiences I have ever had. The management is extremely disorganized, unresponsive, and unprofessional. I repeatedly called and emailed to ask when I would receive the lease agreement, yet no one followed up with me. Not a single proactive communication was made, which caused unnecessary anxiety and completely wasted my time. I had to constantly chase them for basic information that should have been clearly provided from the beginning.
When I visited the office to clarify details about the security deposit and the transfer of electricity and renters insurance, I was met with a very dismissive and unprofessional attitude, especially from Davy. I explained that the website was not functioning and that I did not have access to the necessary documents. I provided email confirmations, physical paperwork, and screenshots from my phone as evidence. Despite this, she repeatedly tried to “prove” that I was wrong and indirectly implied that I was being dishonest. I have never been treated with such disrespect in a professional setting. It was humiliating, frustrating, and completely unacceptable.
The biggest issue was the lack of transparency regarding the security deposit. When reviewing the lease, the deposit was not clearly disclosed, and even after asking multiple times, we were told that nothing would change and that everything was correct according to their initial paperwork. Based on that information, we proceeded with signing. However, just three days before move-in, we were suddenly informed that the deposit would be $3,300 due to a so-called “policy change” that had never been communicated to us. This last-minute change felt misleading and highly unprofessional.
When I expressed my concern, instead of receiving clarification or empathy, I was told in a rude and dismissive manner that I could either pay in installments or cancel the lease. There was no accountability, no apology, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience and stress they had caused. The entire process gave me the impression of poor management, lack of integrity, and inadequate customer service standards.
In the end, canceling the lease was the best decision. I would not feel comfortable living in a place where communication is so poor, policies change without notice, and tenants are treated with disrespect. This experience was emotionally exhausting, unnecessarily complicated, and a complete waste of my time. They seriously need better management practices, proper training in professional communication, and a commitment to transparency.
