The complex is very pretty and quite comfortable feeling. It also feels like a very safe space. I would live here
This 1 star is for using loftliving to communicate about non- tenants 's sedan usually occupy parking lot . unfortunately ,the officer did not reply any message , once they message back to my inbox , I will change the star review.
I’ve recently noticed what appear to be several questionable positive reviews about Leena, which do not reflect the reality of the situation here.
Leena is consistently unavailable in the office—at times when residents may reasonably expect assistance, there is no one present. This lack of accessibility and accountability is extremely frustrating.
Additionally, there is a growing issue with private businesses being run out of common and public areas within the community. Just the other day, the parking lot was taken over by a large group of children attending a karate class, creating safety concerns and unnecessary congestion. Residents should not have to navigate crowded parking lots or deal with disruptions caused by unauthorized commercial activities.
Concerns around parking have also been raised multiple times by community members, including suggestions to limit usage to ensure availability for residents. Unfortunately, these concerns appear to be consistently ignored.
To add to this, during move-in, we were assured that all appliances were brand new—this has clearly not been the case, which further reflects a pattern of misinformation.
Overall, the management’s lack of transparency, responsiveness, and enforcement of basic community standards is disappointing. Supporting unauthorized business activities at the expense of residents’ comfort and safety only adds to the problem.

I’ve had such a positive experience at Ardenwood Forest, and a huge part of that is thanks to Lena. She is truly an exceptional property manager who goes above and beyond in every aspect of her role.
Lena runs the community with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. You can tell she takes great pride in maintaining the property—everything is consistently well-kept, organized, and handled with a high standard. She is proactive, responsive, and always ensures that residents feel heard and taken care of.
What really stands out is her dedication and work ethic. Lena doesn’t just manage—she genuinely cares about the community and the people in it. She handles situations efficiently and with grace, making what could be stressful processes feel smooth and manageable.
It’s rare to come across someone who is not only great at their job but also brings such a positive and reliable presence to the community. Ardenwood Forest is lucky to have her, and it truly shows in how well the property is run.
Worst Management!! I agree with previous comments about pool. No work is going on still the pool is shut down during peak time. We thought the other pool will be open but surprisingly both are closed at the same time. Super loud music going on at the pool areas people running classes privately never seen this kind of apartment before. Doors are always open so people are open to park anywhere and residents will never find parking, no system of first looking after the residents problem, they are running a charity come whoever wants to park, park at Ardenwood. Again Leena is always out the other day i went to meet her, i was told she will be here in 5-10 mins i waited for half an hour never met her, no courtesy of calling and checking on people. She needs to go they should replace the management soon.
