  Ive lived here for 3 years and I’ve had a really positive experience with the current leasing office team. The manager and staff are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about both the property and the comfort of the residents. It’s clear they pay attention to the details, and it makes a noticeable difference in the overall living experience. Since the new team has taken over, there has been a major improvement in communication, service, and upkeep. Issues are handled more efficiently, and there’s a stronger sense that residents are valued and heard. Compared to the previous management, the difference is night and day. The current team has truly elevated the standard here, and it hasn’t gone unnoticed. I really appreciate the effort they put in every day to make this a better place to live.

  Been here for two years. Nice place, very quaint. Don't really have many complaints. The amenities are solid, though not state-of-the-art. Staff is great. Calm, quiet neighborhood.

  I had a great experience with Amber Court Apartments. The whole process was smooth, and the team was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Dalia and Gaby were both amazing to work with — they were kind, responsive, and really took the time to guide me through everything. They made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and manageable. I truly appreciate their support and professionalism, and I’m very happy to be part of the community. Highly recommend!

  Me gusta mucho el lugar llevo dos meses y me encanta , no te molestan en tu apartamento, además las chicas hablan ingles y español y te ayudan en todo , muy recomendable este lugar , Rudy Rodas

  I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the apartment management team, most especially Dalia & Gaby—they go above and beyond! They treat residents with respect and are always willing to help, just like family. Any maintenance issues are handled quickly, and the building is kept clean and safe. It really makes living here comfortable and stress-free. Grateful for them!
