The storage company has now confirmed that my belongings are in the storage locker, and they have emailed me instructing me to contact the apartment's front desk to open the locker. Does the apartment management have the authority to assist me in retrieving my belongings?

Will hear everything going on above and next to you. Dirty common areas. Hallways always smell like food. Mail room is a nightmare, packages get stolen and there is not a working camera. Her apartment was infested with ants for 4 months.

The property manager, Sheemal, office staff Angelica, and the maintenance team, especially Manual are wonderful; they always accommodate the needs we ask for, and the property is always maintained regularly.
