  10/10 Phenomenal experience living here. From the staff, to the maintenance, and the neighbors. I have met nothing but respectful professionals here. It's quiet and peaceful around the clock, even on weekends. I've lived in multiple Irvine Company places before with a bunch of younger party kids and it was hell since I have an early schedule. Neighbor wise your experience could vary but I've been very pleased with all the people around me. On walks, everyone waves and says hi for the most part. I can see why so many people in other reviews say they have lived here for 10+ years. I can see this being my home for the next decade until I'm ready to buy a house out of state.

  We moved in last week and have never felt more at home. A huge thank you to Ashley, Courtney, Fernando and Miguel for ensuring our transition during move-in was a successful one. We scoured throughout all of Irvine, Lake Forest and Mission Viejo for months in search of the right community. When I tell you this place has the perfect combination of quiet, clean and welcoming… thank you so much to the Paloma team for the efforts made to make this a place I’m happy to come home to. The condo units are so spacious. The neighbors I have encountered have been incredibly friendly. As someone that once worked in property management, I know it takes a strong team to upkeep a place where residents feel at peace every day hence the joy radiating everywhere. Excited to be here!

  Paloma Summit Condominium Rentals is a truly wonderful place for families and comfortable living. From the very beginning, this community feels calm, safe, and welcoming. The air feels fresh and clean, the surroundings are peaceful, and the sound insulation is excellent, which makes it easy to relax and feel at home. It is a quiet place where you can enjoy rest, privacy, and quality time with your family. The staff is kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which creates a warm and supportive atmosphere. The community is well maintained, family-friendly, and very cozy. It genuinely feels like a place where you can build a stable and happy family life. I truly enjoyed living here and would highly recommend it to families looking for comfort, tranquility, and a sense of home.

  Outstanding Experience at Paloma Summit Condominium Rentals I am extremely pleased with the Paloma Summit Condominium Rentals office staff and maintenance team. Every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been handled professionally, smoothly, and efficiently from start to finish. The team is always friendly, easy to communicate with, and very responsive. Submitting requests is simple, and updates are clear and timely. Most importantly, the work is completed quickly, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. The maintenance crew leaves the space spotless, which I truly appreciate. Every time I communicate with the office staff or maintenance team, I feel welcomed and valued. It’s clear that they genuinely care about supporting residents and making sure every necessary need is covered to ensure a positive rental experience. Paloma Summit has an amazing team that goes above and beyond to create a comfortable, stress-free living environment. I’m very grateful for their dedication and outstanding service. Highly recommended!
