- SOscott owensAug 13, 20255.0I interviewed few realtors before deciding on Sierra. I had a rental property i wanted to sell, and Ken was who i chose. There was a minor challenge with the way title was held, but Ken and his team just made it easy. Listed the house on Saturday, offer on Sunday and in escrow on Tuesday. Sold for full price and closed in 30 days. (Even with an FHA loan buyer). Sierra has been in business for a long time. Ken knew the other broker and that was helpful. He kept an eye on the place (I live an hour away) and it just couldn't have gone better. Highly recommend.
