  I've been living here for 2 years. There is no parking available, ever. Forgot being able to have guests over because they won't find parking. There's a guy that has had his car parked in the same spot since I moved in. The leasing office doesn't give a damn either. I have had my garage blocked multiple times by neighbors and when I called the towing company they said only the leasing office can call them. The maintenance people walk around and see this yet don't do anything about it. The garbage cans are disgusting and the pet area is dirty with no bags or lighting available at night. There has been a sketch man that has been walking around the complex. You can tell they are renting these apartments to ANYONE. I do not recommend and will be moving out as soon as my lease is up.

  I have lived in this apartment complex since a few years ago, and I can say very good reviews and words about neighborhood, my neighbors and maintenance. However, management is really terrible! They usually do not answer phone calls, so we have to stop by to talk with them, they keep charging us with new items! For example, people from other neighborhoods dump their old furniture and trashes in our dumpsters and they charge us instead to say they have no control over those people! I had renters' insurance same as last years which was presented to the office, but they kept charging me for lack of insurance and declined to refund me even when I re-presented the insurance! Not sure how many water we have but they bill us for 2-3 different water. They charge us for billing facilitator each month. They charge us for every single thing you may never think of! Be aware!

  We have lived at Sherwood Apartments for 6 months now. We have had to contact Gaby on several occasions and she has always provided us with answers to our questions she is always positive and professional. We would also like to give kudos to Blerim who is by far the best maintenance person we have encountered. He has fixed everything we have asked him to and is always very friendly.

  Had a couple minor maintenance issues recently. Blerim came out right away, was very pleasant and professional, and fixed the issues quickly. Thank you so much Gabriela for always helping us out too !
