I made the mistake of not researching this place carefully before renting here. Yes, I read most of the reviews and overall they were positive. There were some mentions of parking problems, communication issues with management, and concerns about trash areas, but I really liked the location and the price was attractive.
After moving in, it became clear that none of the issues people mentioned years ago had been resolved.
The first major problem is the trash areas. They are almost never cleaned. I will attach photos taken a month apart — it looks like a breeding ground for rats. No one wants to live surrounded by garbage.
The second issue is parking. There is no control over vehicles using the uncovered parking spaces. Anyone can park there — guests, friends, neighbors — and no one tracks it. Simply put, there aren’t enough spaces for residents. I have two cars, and over several months I’ve only managed to find parking after 7 PM a few times. It’s extremely frustrating.
About two weeks after moving in, someone blocked access to my garage, and I started paying closer attention. Many residents use their garages for storage instead of parking, which makes the situation even worse.
I contacted management almost immediately after moving in. Two months have passed and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I have a disabled placard, which should provide at least some parking accommodation, but I still can’t find parking in the evenings. There are two designated disabled spaces near the office, but they are often occupied by cars without placards, and nothing seems to be enforced. I’ve never seen anyone warned or ticketed.
I emailed management multiple times. They promised to help, asked for documents, and I provided everything. However, I still haven’t received any clear instructions about where I’m supposed to park. Every evening turns into a frustrating search — driving around the complex trying to find any available space. A few times I had to leave my car by a red curb near my garage, which I’m not comfortable with. I just want peace of mind.
There are a few spots outside the complex, but they’re usually taken as well. Realistically, if you want to park here, you need to be home before 6 PM.
I’m extremely disappointed with this place and am counting the days until my lease ends, because living here comfortably doesn’t seem possible. Please take this into account if you’re considering renting here.
I chose not to provide photos of vehicles violating the parking rules because I don’t want to put their owners in a difficult position or expose them personally.
