  The only truly pleasant and professional person over there is the bald maintenance gentleman who works around the property. He’s always polite, friendly, and respectful. At the same time, the leasing office staff leave a very different impression!! Conversations with them often feels unproductive, as they speak with great confidence but provide little accurate or useful information. The contrast between professionalism and the appearance of it is hard not to notice.

  I have been at Broadstone Villas for about 9 months now. Overall, I am extremely happy, I haven't had any major issues with my apartment, when there are minimal issues Dave is always super responsive and eager to help. Most people would say I am OCD so I appreciate how Dave is always quick to help me with the smallest things to make my mind at ease. Majority of the front desk workers are extremely nice and helpful, I love Desiree and Lexi! However truthfully Dave is the brightest member of the crew, he always says hi and asks how my day is going. I live on the phase 2 side, while I love my location, there simply isn't enough parking for all the residents. Parking at night can be extremely hard to find and almost nearly impossible to have guests over. That has been my only complaint/inconvenience. Overall I am extremely happy here!

  The maintenance guy David is great. We had a little electrical breaker problem and he came over within 3 hours and had it fixed in 20 minutes. Great guy and he really knows all about the apartment complex!

  I have not had a good experience here. If you need talk to managers they hide and don't take phone calls and use foul languages. If you beed help from anyone ask for kristy. She is professional and gets done what you ask for. The apartments are nice but the neighbors are loud and you will hear every sound and footsteps. The gates have been open and broken for weeks and our packages get lost. My friend living here complains too managers make excuses.
