  No parking on right side. Management makes every excuse but never solves. Move here if you enjoy walking a mile each way to your car :)

  We would like to update our experience and thank Clare and Lexie for the effort they have made in recent weeks to help address our concerns. We really appreciate feeling heard and supported. Broadstone Villas has great facilities and is a wonderful place to live. We would also like to thank the maintenance team for always being quick, professional, and helpful.

  I had the pleasure of working with Lexie, who was nothing short of exemplary. We were searching for homes in the Folsom area and loved our experience with our tour at Broadstone Villas. Beautiful new build, luxurious and close to everything we need. Thank you for the hospitality!

  Updated review: We would like to update our review to acknowledge that the Broadstone Villas team, especially Clare and Lexie, have been making a real effort over the past few weeks to address the issues we were experiencing. We truly appreciate their attention and follow-up. Until recently, we had felt a bit forgotten, so it has meant a lot to finally feel heard and supported. We understand this is a large community and that it is not easy to respond to every resident perfectly. What we really needed was communication and a genuine response, and we are very grateful that this has improved. We really want to feel comfortable in our home, because Broadstone Villas has very good facilities and it is genuinely a wonderful place to live. We would also like to mention the maintenance team. Every member of the team has always helped quickly whenever something needed to be fixed, and we really appreciate their professionalism and efficiency.

  The only truly pleasant and professional person over there is the bald maintenance gentleman who works around the property. He’s always polite, friendly, and respectful. At the same time, the leasing office staff leave a very different impression!! Conversations with them often feels unproductive, as they speak with great confidence but provide little accurate or useful information. The contrast between professionalism and the appearance of it is hard not to notice.
