  Be advised. Most reviews are prior to the management change and prior to the management change I may have given the place a 3.5 stars as the reviews were accurate. (A 4 star would have been because of the property being more updated than others in Fairfield). The new management change has gone over very well. Ms. Foster is the new office manager and cares for the people who live in it and tries to ensure she is present for the residents. The new maintenance guy, wish I remembered his name. But, went through most older maintenance requests and completed them. I really appreciate that the both of them are trying to turn the place around. Parking was an issue. Since then new management has issued resident parking stickers and given agency to the residents to report people who do not have a guest pass or resident sticker. They are enforcing non-smoking and excessive noise complaints. (This is very welcome) The maintenance guy is friendly and is keeping the area clean. There are always things that you can't control in an apartment complex. But, the things that are withing the control of the new management and maintenance. They are making every effort to do right by the residents. I'm giving 5 stars. Because I want to acknowledge the changes that have happened to the community have been for the better. You really can't beat the location and price point. The residents that I have met are all really nice. It close to Solano CC (they have plays at the theater there - one of the better theaters and a daycare), Costco and Le Paris bakery. Great area to get away. 45mins -1 hour to any airport. 20 mins to Napa, ~3 hours to ski in Tahoe. This place has it all. Most apartments especially the 3 bedrooms are hard to get into and there is a reason for it. The rooms are nice luxury apartments. I would stay again.

  Very disappointed in the service here. It is impossible to contact anyone to begin with and when we finally did, we scheduled a tour for the following day only to find that the leasing office is closed and no one was in.

  Cant get any response from Management about maintenance. Lease is almost over, very worried about my deposit due to the lack of communication. Dont give these people your money, you may never see it again.
