  I have been looking for an apartment for a while but couldn't find anything within this price range that offer similar to what they have at Magnolia. The staff was great during the tour and I even ran into the on site maintenance person who was very friendly. Can't wait to get approved and move in. Gracias!

  Before the bad i’d like to share that for me and my girlfriends first apartment it wasn’t ig the worse i mean you get what you pay for but that’s being generous i’ve toured apartments for 100 dollars more rent with better looking rooms anyways to the bad first when we moved in off the bat outlets didn’t work roaches in the apartment thick coats of white paint to cover obviously holes and stains there was a fence leaning on our wall they said they were trying to fix it never got fixed our room window screen was ripped off allowing full access to our room if the window was not closed and locked the landlord came in after a flood caused in our sink(which i believe they caused working on the upstairs apartment) and stated they’d put a work order in never happened , this part isn’t much the apartment managements fault but community fault there was a couple who lived above us who were involved in severe domestic abuse situation (i have several recordings) violent screams loud bangs threats and hearing physical harm ranging from early as 2 am to as late as 12 i heard them like i was in the room she had a little girl in there with her i called the police about 6 times in one month at one point Management and office support is almost non existent i tried paying rent on time one month and for about 3 weeks the office was dead i called i visited i have proof of coming there was sticky notes on the door because of no responses and it being empty i had to use money that i was saving for next rent to buy things since they still haven’t taken my rent for that month which then put me behind on utilities i ended up giving them rent for the final week of that month of absence and then had to pay rent again 4 days after our house flooded multiple times damaging the floors and leaving nasty smells the parking was terrible people in your spots then they started construction and basically told everyone figure it out not to mention countless strangers trying to get into your car at night overall can’t say i’m happy with how it was

  I have been living at the magnolia terrace for 5 months now and this has been the worst experience of my life. If I could give this place -100 stars I would. I am going to give you and in depth explanation on why I truly hate this place and why you should never move here. First, there are roaches. Yes roaches. There have been critters crawling since the day I moved in. None of the reviews mentioned this and I talked to other residents and this is a multi unit problem. Second, they have a contract with the towing company J&T towing and they predatorily tow cars. My car has been towed twice already. ONE TIME IT WAS TOWED WHILE I WAS PARKED IN MY SPACE! They have towed countless other cars here for no reason. Third, the office management are lazy and liars quite frankly. Before moving I asked how does utilities work, the manager at the time replied” they are included in the rent” I thought this meant it was included in the $1600 I pay, no they charge separately for each utility and it is added to the bill which is an extra $200 a month! Every other apartment is transparent and tells you how much each utility will cost each month or how it is calculated. Shady complex. Fourth, there is no sense of security here. Drug addicts and shady characters come in here and use outlets. None of the gates are locked and shady people come and go as they please. No security most of the time and when we do have security they are working with the tow company to attack residents. Fifth, the laundry facilities here are dirty and most of the machines are broken. My money has been taken multiple times due to machine failure. There are 4 laundromats on site, each with about 4-6 washers and dryers. Out of those washers only 2-3 will work no exaggeration. Floors are always filthy and wet. I would never recommend living here. Very few good things about being here, other than the maintenance being helpful and attentive, I have nothing else to say nice about this hell hole. There are constantly people moving out and I see why. As soon as I can move I’m breaking my lease and moving out. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! DONT DO IT! I am writing the review I wish I would have seen before I moved here.
