  This place took 3 months to return my deposit. They are liars and thieves. Don’t trust them.

  This place has gone down since the new owners purchased it! The ground look horrible the laundry room is God awful the machines never work, when you want a repair down they never have the parts, and most recently you don't know who to contact when you need a repair.

  I been here for awhile now and I have seen an AWESOME turn around since mr, Rodney has came to this property he has did an amazing job on the property and has gotten bad tents out. Thank you so much for being an AWESOME manager and maintenance.

  I lived here for a year while and I can honestly it was horrible. Michelle was rude and I gathered she felt entitled. Never was late on rent or anything but when I called about issues, they weren’t resolved in a timely manner. Additionally, I called regarding the furnace in the summer and the maintenance man took it apart and said he would be back in the morning. He didn’t come back which was a Saturday and they were closed Sunday so my child and I were hot for a few days. . . I had leaks that weren’t fixed timely as well. Additionally, there aren’t cameras on the gated community and I had my car broken into by someone who didn’t live on the property. I rathered I stayed on base than moving off of it to this place. Small space for a big price.
